| Welcome to Creative Kids Learning Center Our Mission: The mission of Creative Kids Center, Inc. is to provide affordable, quality care that promotes physical, emotional, and academic growth and development among all of our children. We value the families at our centers and want everyone that enters our center to have a positive experience. It is important that the staff and parents work together for a successful and fun learning environment. Parents are encouraged to tour the center before enrolling and ask questions regarding the care of their child. This personal interview allows the center and parents to begin a positive working relationship. Creative Kids Learning Centers are State Licensed Child Care Centers. We follow the Licensing Rules provided by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services Bureau of Child Care for Group Child Care Homes and Child Care Centers.
